We refer to the announcements number 00042, 00048, 00053 and 00058 (the "Announcements") released earlier today by the Company in relation to the changes in interest of the directors (including directors who are substantial shareholders) and the changes in the percentage level of interest while still remaining as substantial shareholders.The Announcements have been prepared by the Company and their contents have been reviewed by the Company's sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd. (the "Sponsor"), for compliance with the relevant rules of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the "SGX-ST"). The Sponsor has not independently verified the contents of the Announcements.
