| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | After serving as the Group Finance Manager since the Group's listing onto the Catalist in 2011 and subsequently as its Chief Financial Officer since 2013, Mr Cheam Chee Chian ("Mr Cheam") has informed the Company's board of directors (the "Board") that he is resigning as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company to pursue other interests. The Company has identified a candidate to take over Mr Cheam's duties and is in the process of finalising the appointment. After having interviewed Mr Cheam and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that, other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Cheam as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. In addition, there are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to the cessation of Mr Cheam and there are no disagreements between Mr Cheam and the Board with regards to practices that will have an impact on the Company's financial reporting. The Board and Management would like to thank Mr Cheam for his invaluable contribution during his tenure with the Company. |
