| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | Mr Kuan Cheng Tuck ("Mr Kuan") has served on the Board of Directors (the "Board") for more than nine years since his appointment as Director of the Company. As part of the Board renewal process, Mr Kuan has tendered his resignation as Director of the Company and will be stepping down as Director at the conclusion of the Company's annual general meeting scheduled to be held on 30 April 2024 (the "AGM"). Mr Kuan, upon his resignation, will relinquish his roles as Lead Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees. After having interviewed Mr Kuan and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that, other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Mr Kuan as Independent Director of the Company. The Board and Management would like to thank Mr Kuan for his invaluable contribution during his tenure with the Company. |
